This unit is rare an odd because there is no cabinet for the blower motor and the evaporator coil.
We had our in house carpenter frame out the wall and install a door frame so we can intall the new air handler.
These units had roots and vine growing inside them and they were over heating in the summer because there were too close together.
After we replaced 2 of the units we are did the landscaping and relocated the units further up and spaced them apart of each other for cleaner and better air movement.
