Two homes can get the exact same new AC. One ends up cool, dry and quiet in every room. The other has hot bedrooms, sticky air, high bills and mold in the air handler within a few years.
Same unit. Same brand. The difference is how the system was chosen, how it was installed and whether anyone checked that it actually works once it’s running.
Most AC replacements are sold on brand, price and tonnage. Ours are built on workmanship, because that’s what decides how your home feels for the next 15 years.
A brand-new AC shouldn’t leave your house sticky. If you’ve been told that’s normal, the system wasn’t selected or installed for your home.

A unit is only as good as it is installed.

Most companies start with “What’s your budget?” or “How many tons was the old one?” We start with what your home actually needs to stay comfortable.
Every replacement begins with a Manual J load calculation, a room-by-room look at how much heat and moisture your home takes on. Then we look at how your family lives in the house, because that changes how much humidity the system has to handle.
We install all brands, but not all brands are made the same. We lead with what your home requires, then choose the brand and model that can deliver it. If the equipment can’t meet the requirement, no amount of good workmanship can make up for it.
Your home decides the system. Not a price tier, and not a sales pitch.
Every AC and heat pump we install is designed with a Manual J load calculation, Manual S equipment selection and Manual D duct design, done together and built on real measurements of your house. A Manual J by itself does not guarantee a system that works. If the equipment selection (Manual S) or the duct design (Manual D) is wrong, the load calculation is wasted. We do all three, and we prove the result with testing after installation.
Manual J tells us what the house needs. Manual S picks equipment that can deliver it, including humidity removal. Manual D gets that air to every room. Skip or guess any one of the three and the other two don’t matter.
As a BPI-certified company, we measure your home with blower door and duct leakage testing instead of guessing, and we factor in how your family lives in the house.

Yes. Every AC and heat pump replacement we install starts with a Manual J load calculation based on measurements of your home, never on square footage.
No. Manual J only tells you what your home needs. Without a correct Manual S equipment selection and Manual D duct design, the load calculation doesn’t produce a system that performs. We do all three together.
Manual S is how the equipment is selected to match your home’s cooling, heating and humidity load. Manual D is how the duct system is designed to deliver the right airflow to every room.
Temperature is only half of comfort. A house can read 75° on the thermostat and still feel sticky, smell musty and grow mold if the humidity is too high. Dry air at the wrong temperature isn’t comfortable either.
When a system is sized, selected and installed correctly, it holds both, in every room, not just the hallway where the thermostat is. That’s not a wish. It’s the result we design for and guarantee in writing.
Your AC doesn’t just fight Florida heat. It also has to remove the moisture your household creates every day. Two homes the same size can need very different systems because of how people live in them. A few examples:
That’s why we design around your household, not just your square footage.
Spray foam insulation keeps heat out, which makes temperature easier to control. But it also seals the house so tightly that the moisture your family creates has nowhere to go. And because the AC doesn’t have to run as long to cool the house, it removes less moisture while it runs.
The result can be a cool home that still feels damp, smells musty and grows mold. Spray foam homes need humidity control and fresh air planned into the installation from the start, and we design for it.
Mold inside an AC system is not “part of living in Florida.” A system that’s designed and installed correctly doesn’t grow mold. When it does, it’s because of how the system was designed or installed.
That matters when you replace your AC. If your current system has mold and the new one goes in the same way, the new one will grow mold too.
We design every replacement to prevent mold from day one. If your ductwork is flex duct or duct board with mold in it, it gets replaced as part of the job, because those materials can’t be cleaned.

Comfort, dry air and clean air aren’t add-ons you pick from a menu. They’re parts of one installation, and they have to be designed together. Leave one out and the others don’t work the way they should.
Sized and selected for your home, with ductwork that moves the right amount of air to every room. Everything else is built on this.
See how we measure performance →Holding your home at 50–55% humidity, so it feels comfortable at 75° and never feels damp or sticky.
Learn about humidity control →Filtration and fresh air matched to your home and your family, so the air you breathe is as good as the comfort you feel.
Learn about indoor air quality →Built into the design from day one, then protected with twice-a-year mold prevention maintenance.
Learn about mold in AC →Even temperature, dry air and clean air aren’t upgrades. They’re what a correct installation delivers.
Watch: What Done Right Looks Like
A heat pump cools in summer and heats in winter with one system, which makes it the most common choice in Central Florida homes. We design heat pump replacements the same way as every AC: Manual J, Manual S and Manual D, on real measurements. The result is a system that holds about 75° and 50–55% humidity in summer and keeps you warm without high winter bills, guaranteed in writing.
Anyone can promise a new AC will be “more efficient.” We guarantee how your home will actually feel, and we put it on paper.
We don’t just say it’s done right. We guarantee it.
A system done right shouldn’t have to wait. We offer financing with many different terms to fit your needs, at competitive rates. Ask us about your options when we go over your written quote.
It can’t be decided by square footage or by the size of your old unit. We do a Manual J load calculation, a room-by-room look at how much heat and moisture your home takes on, and we factor in how your household lives. That tells us the size and type of system your home requires.
The price depends on the system your home requires and any ductwork changes. After we measure your home, you get a written quote. Financing is available.
No. An oversized AC cools the air fast and shuts off before it removes enough moisture. The house feels cold and clammy, the system turns on and off constantly, and that extra moisture can lead to mold.
Not if it’s designed and installed correctly. Mold in an AC system comes from how the system was designed or installed. We design every replacement to prevent it, and with our Gold maintenance membership your system is guaranteed mold-free for its lifetime.
Usually the system is the wrong size, air isn’t moving through it correctly, humid air is leaking in through the ductwork, or the fan is set to “ON.” How your household lives adds moisture too. A correctly designed system handles all of it.
Not always. We evaluate your ductwork as part of every replacement. Ducts that are too small, leaking or badly designed get corrected, and flex duct or duct board with mold in it gets replaced, because it can’t be cleaned.
Anywhere from 1 to 7 days, depending on the modifications your home needs and whether ductwork is involved. We’ll tell you what to expect before we start.
All brands. Not all brands are made the same, so we lead with what your home requires, then choose the brand and model that can deliver it.
In writing: about 75° and 50–55% humidity even in the peak of summer, a lifetime mold-free guarantee with our Gold maintenance membership, guaranteed workmanship, and a 1-year test ride. If you don’t like how your new system performs in the first year, we’ll remove it and refund the cost of the unit (ductwork not included).
