About This Video
On our last visit to this house, the homeowner was sweating with the old AC running. Here she sees her new system for the first time, before she's even moved in.
We installed a quiet, variable-speed system with a thermostat that controls both temperature and humidity, upgraded the undersized ductwork, and added an advanced filtration system. The house holds 76° and she's comfortable, and the system is so quiet she can barely hear it run.
A system designed for the home controls temperature, humidity and air quality together. That's what makes 76° feel comfortable in Florida.

Homeowner: That's hard for me to believe that's a thermostat. Look how fancy that is. You can do everything on this?
George: Everything to control the temperature in here, and the humidity too.
Homeowner: Amazing. I never saw a thermostat like that in my life.
George: So we put in this new system, and she's seeing it for the first time in her new house. She hasn't moved in yet. Let's go see your unit. Remember how small the ductwork was before?
Homeowner: Oh my God. This is the filtration system, the one you put in the other house. This is fantastic.
George: How do you feel in the house?
Homeowner: The temperature is amazing. It's much cooler than it was. I was sweating last time we were in here.
George: It's 76 and you feel comfortable?
Homeowner: Yes. Last time you had the air conditioner on and I was sweating buckets. This is lovely in here. You are serious professionals, aren't you?
George: You have to be in this industry, especially in Florida. This one is fully variable, so it ramps up and down a little at a time.
Homeowner: It's so quiet. How is it that quiet? I've never had a quiet air conditioner in my life.
